MediConnect Smart is a healthcare management platform that closes the workflow gap between patients, doctors and clinics. The Flutter mobile app covers the patient side — search doctors by name, specialty or clinic and book instantly, view and download digital prescriptions and lab results, set localised medication and appointment reminders, message providers securely, and ask an AI medical assistant about preliminary queries. The doctor side gives a dynamic daily schedule with a patient queue, OpenAI-generated pre-consultation summaries built from patient history, and digital prescription issuance. Clinic administrators manage profiles, operating hours and staff access, with analytics over daily appointments and doctor load. The backend is a Node.js and TypeScript API on Appwrite, containerised with Docker.
